How to play Star Connect
Star Connect is a free AR face tracking game you can play online with no download. Guide your astronaut with your nose and connect the stars in order! Move your head to steer; mouth/blink actions as shown. It uses on-device AI tracking, so Star Connect turns any webcam or phone camera into a motion controller – a fun way to move, laugh and show friends what the browser can do.
Open Star Connect, allow camera access and hold still for a second while your face is detected. Video is processed on your device and never uploaded.

Goal of the game
In Star Connect you play with your face and head movements. Your astronaut follows your NOSE. Numbered stars form a constellation — touch them in order 1, 2, 3… before the timer runs out to light it up. Glowing lines join the stars as you go.
Watch out for comets streaking across space — they cost a life. Run out of time and you lose a life too. Power-ups float in space: Slow-Mo, Double, Heart, Magnet (bigger reach) and Shield.

Controls explained
- Quick reminder shown in Star Connect: Nose = fly · touch stars in order.
- Sit facing the camera with your whole face in view; Star Connect reads your nose position, blinks and mouth on your own device.
- Exaggerate actions a little — a clear blink or wide-open mouth registers more reliably in Star Connect than a tiny one.
- If Star Connect feels too hard at first, play a practice round to learn the timing before chasing a high score.
Scoring and levels
Points in Star Connect come from the code-defined rewards of 10 and 30 points for different actions, so the bigger moves are worth chasing. Every 300 points you reach a new level, and Star Connect speeds up and sends more at you each time. You start with 3 lives. Your best score is saved in your browser, and signed-in players also appear on the Star Connect leaderboard.
Power-ups
Power-up orbs appear every few seconds in Star Connect. Touch or collect them to activate:
- ⏳ Slow-Mo (6 s): slows the whole game down so you can line up precise moves.
- 2️⃣ Double Points (10 s): doubles every point you earn while it lasts.
- ❤️ Extra Life: adds one life (up to six).
- 🧲 Magnet (9 s): pulls nearby coins and pickups toward you.
- 🛡️ Shield (10 s): blocks the next hit so a mistake does not cost a life.
